Country Focus

Agriculture forms the backbone of Sub-Saharan Africa economies and provides employment to the majority of its population most of whom do not have bank accounts.

Our Country focus over the next five years lies in the 181 million people engaged in agriculture across our five target countries. Countries in which, on average, the majority 75% of adults do not have bank accounts. And formal credit supplies only 21% of the 28.5 billion USD that agriculture contributes to GDP across our target countries.
