Cassangano developed specifically for low-income consumers

Nakuru, Kenya. In Challenges Growing a Processing Business, Moses Gichuru explains the challenges for his business Bonde Soko which is producing Cassangano, a range of cassava based products developed specifically for low-income consumers, providing flour that is affordable yet nutritious and tasty. Moses needs to grow his business but without access to finance Bonde Soko cannot buy the milling equipment or do the product R & D and marketing needed, and without this the business cannot grow.
